    • Top contender for the world title Love Allotey of Ghana went in with the tough Tunisian-German Boualem Belouard. The 10 rounder was a splendid exhibition in brilliant techinque,speed and tactics. Allotey danced and pricked in his blows, Belouard countered and rushed to fight on the inside. Belouard's left hooks represented a steady danger for the smooth moving Allotey, but in the end Allotey became too elusive for the fitness wonder and power-puncher Belouard. When the verdict was announced, Belouard lifted Allotey as a token of accepting the defeat.

    "Schön kampf," said Belouard in his broken German. A beautiful fight.

    This was their 3rd meeting,Allotey winning all on points.

    Sadly,only 1500 turned up this fine evening in May on the Ullevaal Football stadium, making finacial trouble for the small group of investors.
