"The whirlwind style of Katsuhiro 'Little Fighting' Harada should have built a substantial point lead for him in the first four rounds, although not a single one of the judges had him ahead, but the blows of Jesus Pimental were by far the more effective Monday night in San Antonio. Pimental countered with a left and crossed with a right in his customary slow-starting style but was gradually wearing down his opponent through the first four rounds. In the 5th, Harada tried to slug it out with the little bomber, and it was a mistake. Pimental opened a cut over his left eye and rocked him in every exchange, but Harada held on so well he showed little effect from the blows and the fans could not see how badly he was hurt. The end came midway through the 5th when Pimental exploded out of an exchange in a corner. Harada bobbed around and got away but wasn't the same when referee Leonard Zuniga stepped between them and raised Pimental's hand as the victor." -San Antonio Express
