Lopez, the No. 3 ranked light heavyweight in the world, stopped well-traveled veteran Karl Zurheide of Milwaukee in the 6th round of a scheduled 10 rounder. Lopez controlled the fight with a left jab that hit Zurheide repeatedly to the face. In the 6th, Lopez used the jab to set up the right to the head, and unloaded it well.
