Roy Askvold of Norway was nearly knocked out in the 2nd by Francisco Martinheira of Portugal. Askvold was saved by the bell and recovered to take over in the 3rd. Yet this middleweight fight was exciting well into the 4th round when Martinheira suddenly walked to his corner after beeing hit by a couple of two-fisted blows from Askvold. A puzzled Askvold was awarded a TKO win.
