As seen on youtube, in a a scheduled ten round rematch of a ten round decision previously won by Shavers, Clark appeared flat footed throughout this bout. Shavers began round one on the attack, landing left jab right hand combinations, and landing counter right hands over Clark's left jab while pinning him against the ropes. In round two, Shavers continued landing left jabs and alot of right hands, while Clark offered no offense. Shavers pinned Clark in a corner and landed two right hands, one to the back of the head of Clark, who grabbed onto the ropes while out on his feet, prompting the referee to stop the bout.
