In a rather low contact fight, Nwamu's best work came from the outside while Dawson was able to land inside.
In round 3, Dawson was hurt after a counter right hand. Nwamu went on the attack and the referee stepped in after a few punches landed - leading to a protest from a wobbly Dawson.
