"British Commonwealth middleweight champion Tony Mundine of Australia KO'd Roy Lee of Kingston, Jamaica in the 2nd round before some 3,000 fans. Lee, who had drawn with Bunny Sterling in his last outing showed little as the 1st round was spent probing for openings. Tony came out punching in the 2nd and soon had Lee covering up. Tony broke through Roy's guard and floored him for the mandatory 8-count with a hard right to the jaw. Lee was groggy when he arose and Mundine quickly moved in on him, sending him down and out with a flurry of lefts and rights to the head." -Boxing Illustrated, February 1973 issue
