Joe Brown 135 lbs drew with Orlando Zulueta 134 lbs by MD in round 10 of 10

"Joe Brown and Orlando Zulueta have waited a long time for shots at the lightweight title and their latest performances didn't put them any closer to their goals. Brown of New Orleans and Zulueta of Havana were rated just about even for their bout last night at the Baltimore coliseum and they fought it that way, winding up with a ten round draw. Brown, who used his shifty, weaving style to confuse Zulueta during most of the rounds, had his best chance in the 8th when he rocked the Cuban with a right to the chin. But Brown was unable to follow up the punch. Zulueta missed repeatedly with his right cross. He had the 5th taken from him because of low blows." -United Press
