Williams found out one thing for sure - he was way over his head in taking on a fighter of Pruitt's calibre. Pruitt hit Williams almost at will and had him backpedalling throughout the abbreviated bout before referee Davey Pearl stopped the massacre in the 5th. In every round Pruitt rocked Williams with hard punches to the head and body. Williams was completely outclassed by Pruitt who appeared to get stronger as the fight progressed." -Las Vegas SUN
