Pancho won seven rounds, McLeod one, with two even. McLeod pressured Pancho throughout the fight, landing blows to Pancho's body. Pancho boxed from the outside, sharpshooting with lefts and rights, making McLeod miss. In the 7th round, a left hand caught McLeod as he was coming in, putting him down for a brief count.
