Swedish light heavyweight Lennart Risberg was back in business with a 10 round points win over Jamaican Rupert Bentley. An unimpressive comeback, according to Boxing News March 9, 1962.

After a 7 months layoff, Risberg's fight with Bentley was surrounded by suspense and speculation. After his 12 round draw with Willie Pastrano, Risberg had to undergo an eye operation. His eye problems in this case were not much related to boxing but were injuries while working as a plumber. A first examination of Risberg's eyes by the Swedish Boxing Association was negative. Another check a few months later by a specialist in a Stockholm hospital made the Board change its mind and Risberg got the OK.
