"Kingfish Levinsky from Chicago, added another defeat to his list Tuesday night when he dropped a 12 round decision to Jack Doyle, Ireland's crooning heavyweight. The Kingfish took one of the worst beatings of his career in a fight so funny that it had 12,100 staid Britishers rocking Wembley Stadium with laughter from start to finish. The first four rounds were sheer slaughter. Both swung wild lefts and rights - aimed at all points of the compass - with neither making any semblance of raising their arms in defense. Several times they went into loving embraces and waltzed around the ring, swinging referee Charles Thomas along with them as he tried to seperate them.
