Nikolai Stepulov was an Estonian boxer who represented Estonia in the 1936 Berlin Olympics. He won the silver medal, losing in the gold medal match against Imre Harangi of Hungary after winning against Andre Wollscheidt of Luxembourg, Hidekichi Nagamatsu of Japan, Carlos Lillo of Chile, and Erik Agren of Sweden.
