The rugged looking Riggi always played the part of a tough boxer. He biggest role was as a boxer named Gaspar in the John Garfield movie, They Made Me A Criminal, which co-starred the Dead End Kids. He also is remembered as a fighter taking a "dive" in the Danny Kay boxing comedy, The Kid From Brooklyn.
