New York Golden Gloves Champions

Mark Wizbicki won the 1987 New York Golden Gloves Heavyweight Novice Championship. Wizbicki defeated Victor Torres from the New York City Recreation in the finals to win the Championship. In 1986 Wizbicki was stopped(RSC-2) by Ike Padilla of the Yonkers Police Athletic League in the Heavyweight Novice finals. Wizbicki trained at the Nassau Police Boys Club in Long Island, New York.
