"The other day at Miami Beach, Fla, Angelo Buscaglia,74, former Buffalonian, passed away. Around here some 45 years ago, he boxed lightweight main events under the ring name of C. M. McCarthy and with his brother, Sledge McCarthy, toured the country's major fight cities known as the "Fighting Newsboys." A veteran of the Spanish-American War, Mr. Buscaglia became a physical culturist in later years.
