Frank Garza is a referee and judge from Lincoln Park, Michigan. A former member of the Michigan Athletic Board of Control, appointed by Governor John Engler, he has been a boxing official since the 1980's. In 2012, the World Boxing Council listed Garza as one of the top referees of the last 50 years. Garza is also active in various non-profit endeavours and a supporter of the WBC Cares program.
