Harry Sterling was another Jewish fighter who came out of London's East End in the first half of the 20th Century. While never a champion, Sterling was an excellent fighter and enjoyed a long and productive career in the squared circle. Like many fighters of his generation Sterling was a World War 1 vet. It’s not known at this time if he survived the war.
