Ralph Yempuku was an American boxing promoter in Honolulu, Hawaii. Yempuku began promoting boxing shows in Hawaii in 1951, before joining into partnership with Sam Ichinose in 1954. Under their promotional company Boxing Enterprises, the two would promote most of the boxing in Honolulu during the next 20-plus years.

Outside of the ring

Yempuku served the United States in World War II, serving in the United States Army, retiring as a colonel. Yempuku's work was with the Military Intelligence Service, attached to the Office of Strategic Services during World War II. Yempuku also worked as a radio disc jockey and later as a music promoter. Yempuku continued in promotion until 1994, when tragedy struck at a circus performance of his at the Blaisdell Center.
