Former U.S. Navy Pacific Fleet Featherweight Champion. Joined The US Marine Corp in 1918. Bramer was of Jewish heritage per the Hank Kaplan archives. Bramer won the Western Bantamweight Title in 1915. He out grew the division by 1917-1918. Won the U.S. Pacific Featherweight Championship on January 1919. Claimant to the Rocky Mountain Region Featherweight Title from 1920-23.
