Legal Troubles and Arrests

• In 2007, Heaven was arrested along with his brother, Willie, in Ocala, Florida, and charged with the armed robbery of three stranded motorists, two women and a male. Both Nathanael and his brother were allegedly armed when they approached the driver who had opened the hood of the vehicle. One man struck the driver with an assault rifle, while the other jumped into the car and grabbed a purse.[1]
