An obituary of one Richard Gould was found in the July 20, 1962 edition of the Salt Lake Tribune on the Newspapers.com website. According to the obituary, Gould was a boxer with his ring name being "Pat Gilbert." He was born in Sandy, Utah on "June 14, 1893" and "died of natural causes Thursday (July 19, 1962) in a Salt Lake City hospital. Gould was a retired boilermaker who had been employed by the Denver and Rio Grande Western Railroad. He was survived by a widow, a son, two grandchildren, one brother and four sisters.
