Espinoza Boxing Club was launched in 1991 by L.A. based businessman Frank Espinoza.
Espinoza, born and bred in East Los Angeles, was a huge fan of the sport and eventually went on to establish himself as one of the top managers in the world of boxing.
He achieved an important distinction in 2007 when he was awarded Manager of the Year by the World Boxing Hall of Fame. He was also inducted into the California Boxing Hall of Fame.
After twenty years in the business and six world champions, Espinoza has attained a great reputation for cultivating talent and guiding the careers of some of the most exciting fighters in the sport.
Among his world champions are Israel Vazquez, Abner Mares, Martin Castillo, Enrique Sanchez, Isidro Garcia and Mike Anchondo.
Espinoza has worked with top boxing promoters in the world like Golden Boy Promotions, Top Rank and Gary Shaw.
He also played an important role in the making of the now legendary “boxing trilogy” between Israel Vazquez and Rafael Marquez which aired between 2007 and 2008 on the Showtime network.
Espinoza's management ability earned him further accolades from several respected print and internet boxing writers. In the September 2008 issue of Ring Magazine, he was praised for his handling of the career of world champion Israel Vazquez.
Along with managing the career of current IBF world champion and Showtime Bantamweight tournament winner, Abner Mares, Espinoza also manages former world champion Yonnhy Perez and Abraham Lopez.

Frank Espinoza is inducted into the California Boxing Hall of Fame along with World Welterweight champion Shane Mosley, CEO of Golden Boy Promotions, Richard Schaefer and Promoters Don and Lorraine Chargin.
