  • D'Olive was sentenced to seven years in Missouri State prison on April 25, 1933, after pleading guilty to stealing an automobile. Unfortunately, there was a baby asleep in the back seat. He claimed he was drunk. (Baton Rouge Advocate, April 26, 1933). The Governor paroled him on Sep 23, 1936.
