Tom Allen is under arrest at the Four Courts, charged with murder. Tom Couprey, whom Allen shot in the course of a fracas at the ex-prize fighters saloon, died at the City Hospital shortly before midnight last night. Allen declares he thought Couprey was going to shoot him and for that reason used his revolver.
