Patrick Frazier won the 1983 New York Golden Gloves 165lb Sub-Novice Championship. Frazier stopped (RSC-1) Joseph Chiaramonte of the Police Athletic Leagues 110th Precinct in the finals to win the Championship. Frazier trained at the Times Square Athletic Club in New York City.
