An incomplete record for Lee appeared in the 1926 to 1928 editions of the EVERLAST BOXING RECORD, according to which Lee probably had at least a few fights not listed here. There were at least three fighters by the name of George Lee who were active in New England in the late teens and early twenties. Every effort has been made to list only the fights of George (Kid) Lee of Worcester, Massachusetts, here, but there is the possibility of confusion.
