Maximilian Baldwin "Max" Shacklady was a British amateur boxer. Shacklady boxed out of the Eccles Amateur Boxing Club, for which he won an ABA welterweight title in 1948. He was the father of Tony Shacklady, who participated in freestyle wrestling for Great Britain at the 1968, 1972, and 1976 Olympic games.
