Tally Bobbin (alias: Billy Morris; birth name: Talison Bobbin) was a coal miner; he died as a result of injuries suffered in a gas explosion in the anthracite mine in which he was working: the Shenandoah City Colliery. He was the secretary of the United Mine Workers Local 1685 at the time of his death.
