Joey Ricciardi started boxing in 1979 at the famed New Garden Gym in Boston and trained under Al Clemente. In 1982 he won the diamond belt tournament. Ricciardi trains Greg Vendetti, IBA super welterweight world champion. Also trained Khiry Todd, Cristabol Marrero, James Perkins and Johnny Boy Hutchinson. Trains professional and amateur boxers out of Broadway Boxing Club in Everett, MA.
