Wiesław Rudkowski (born: November 17, 1946 in Łódź, Łódzkie, Poland) is a former Polish amateur boxer who represented Poland at the 1968 and 1972 Olympic games. Rudkowski won a silver medal in the Light middleweight class at the 1972 Munich Olympic games.
