Yevgeny Vasilyevich Frolov (Russian: Евгений Васильевич Фролов) (born: June 14, 1941 in Moscow, Russia) is a former Soviet amateur boxer who represented the Soviet Union at the 1964 and 1968 Olympic games. In 1964 Frolov won the silver medal in the Light welterweight class.
