But looking at the two fighters after the bout, there was little doubt who had the worst of it. Heilman was a mess. He had at least nine stitches around his nose and his right eye was badly damaged. The first three rounds looked like Collins was a sure knockout winner with what should have been a KO punch landing in the 2nd round but injuring his right hand in the process. But then Heilman came fighting back to win most of the middle rounds. In the end his right eye was bloody and mostly closed, but Andy just wouldn't be knocked out. Nate Collins gave Heilman all he had and just barely pulled out a split decision." -The Fremont Argus
