Weeks was born in Bell River, Prince Edward Island, Canada on April 27, 1888. At the time of his registration on June 2, 1917, Weeks was working at the "Steele Can Co." in Springfield, Ohio. He was married and had two children. His listed home address was in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
