The 10 round bout had the crowd of nearly 5,000 screaming from the opening bell, with Boyd taking charge from the start. His right hand wallops had Joseph in trouble in the early sessions and a wide cut opened over his left eye in the 4th hampered Joseph's vision in the late stages.
