			There is no Benjamin Griffin the 1920 census or the WWI draft, or in US-Canada crossings, however, there is a '''Darkey Griffin''' living in a boarding house in Detroit in 1920. He is working as a laborer at one of the auto plants, 28 years old, and was born in New York.

He is single (as is Darkey Griffin) and lists himself as "disabled from burns."
