Located on Main Street in Dayton, the club was affiliated with the Fraternal Order of Eagles, and was also known as the Eagles' Auditorium or Eagles' Hall. It ran shows from approximately 1922 until 1940, with some less regularity during the Great Depression. Along with it's rival club the Dayton Gym Club, the Eagles were for much of their history under the supervision of the City of Dayton boxing commission, and were considered to be semi-pro matches. As a result, bouts at the Eagles were fought to no-decision for most of their history, which they remained until the final program of the 1936-37 season, which effectively ended the no-decision era in Dayton. When the club returned for the 1938/39 season they aired shows on Friday's, the same date as the Dayton Gym Club. The club's final program was on February 26, 1940.

The <ins style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;">'</ins>Dayton Eagles' Club<ins style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;">'</ins> is a former boxing club in Dayton, Ohio, USA.
New page

The Dayton Eagles' Club is a former boxing club in Dayton, Ohio, USA.
