	Andy Thomas has not received quite as much publicity as some other members of the Keyes ensemble, but he is quite a fighter at that. He is improving with every start, and is really one of the best lightweight prospects around here. He is a bit awkward and has a bit to learn yet, but how he can sock! And let it be said that a sock covers a multitude of shortcomings. Against Daly, last night he forced the milling from the start and as early as the first round had the Greenpointer in trouble. Daly is something of a gamester himself, however he weathered the first round satisfactorily. He caught one of Andy’s left hooks on the chin in the second though, and down he went. He was dropped again in this round and twice more in the third before the referee halted proceedings.
