New page

<fight>1877877</fight>
Jarrell was winning comfortably when the knockout came, having scored a nine-count knockdown in the 3rd round. Purvis began to work Jarrell's body in the 4th round, and appeared to slow him down as the round ended. Jarrell came out refreshed for the 5th round, and after dancing around as he had in the first three rounds, was caught by a right hook to the chin. Jarrell went down in a heap and was counted out. Jarrell was carried to his corner, and it would take 20 minutes for him to leave the ring.
