Instead, the crowd of 3,000 that paid $17,000 to watch the action saw a street brawler from Tucson brawl with a street brawler from Las Vegas. It was that kind of fight and the fans loved it. Flores used his laces right along with King. He was out-elbowed by King, but got the best of the gouging. King out-butted him and opened another cut in the 8th round, but Flores made the best use of his forearms and thumbs.
