&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;New page&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div&gt;According to his draft registration card on the U.S., World War I Draft Registration Cards, 1917-18 database on Ancestry.com., one Clifford Stanford Kramer, an 18-year-old ambulance driver, was born on July 27, 1900 and living in St. Paul, Minnesota at the time of his registration on September ?, 1918. Note- Part of the registration card is illegible.&lt;br /&gt;

According to information in a photograph of his tombstone on his page on the Find A Grave website, one Clifford Stinar Kramer was born on July 29, 1900 and died on March 24, 1968.  He was a private in the U.S. Armed Forces during World War II and is buried in the Golden Gate National Cemetery in San Bruno, California.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
