Tracy served the Utah boxing commission as a judge before becoming a boxing promoter. In his time as a promoter, Tracy promoted some of the best fight cards ever in Utah. On August 20,2013, Tracy Spinks took his own life. He was loved by the Utah boxing community as well was his family and daughters.
