The&lt;br&gt;company was created in December 2009 and is comprised of prominent Orthodontist Dr. Randy&lt;br&gt;Feldman (formerly of Starfight Productions), Jim McLoughlin, Christian Myer, Shea Bailey&lt;br&gt;Promotions, Inc. and Pugilist Promotions, Inc. Fight Night is headed by Chief Executive Manager,&lt;br&gt;Aaron Jacobs (formerly of Starfight Productions and Banner Promotions), as well as Vice Executive&lt;br&gt;Manager, Shea Bailey (formerly Starfight Productions and Pound for Pound Promotions). The group&lt;br&gt;was formed with the intentions of continuing the long standing tradition of professional boxing in&lt;br&gt;the Tampa Bay area. Feldman, Bailey and Jacobs were part of the recently dissolved Starfight&lt;br&gt; Productions which had promoted over fifty professional boxing events in Tampa including numerous&lt;br&gt;nationally televised live events on ESPN2. McLoughlin is a former boxing trainer and manager and&lt;br&gt;patriarch of the 4th Street Boxing Gym. Myer, a criminal defense attorney, currently co-owns the&lt;br&gt;4th Street Boxing Gym in St. Petersburg, Florida which is the home to many of the Bay area’s top&lt;br&gt;boxing talents including Jenna Shiver, Ahsandi Gibbs, Derrick Samuels, Carlos Rivera and Jason&lt;br&gt;Barnett.</div>
