Teofil Pollex (4-1-0 ), now a Swedish citizen, outpointed<br />
veteran Jamaican Joe Bell (16-22-3) over 6 rounds.<br />

Pollex, normaly a fighter with a classical upright stance,<br />
tried to beat the slugging Bell on his own game by<br />
diving in head first. Pollex received two warnings<br />
for low head, but Pollex protested and told the referee that<br />
it was Bell who pushed his head down in the clinches.<br />
Bell soon received a warning. Despite this, the men continued their<br />
