He was predeceased by his parents Chris and Geraldine Dundee, and was survived by his wife Barbara, his children Samantha Levin and Melissa Root, his grandchildren Noah, Jenna, and Lucas, his sister Suzanne Bonner, his son-in-laws Micheal Levin and Steven Root, and his brother-in-law Alexander Bonner.

			Services for his funeral were held on Friday, December 29, 2006 at Riverside Gordon Memorial Chapel in Aventura, Florida.
