In 1986 Richard Jackson took it over and formed the American Professional Boxing Association. The first title was won in Lewiston, Idaho by [[Mike Grow ]], who was the son of the first PNW champion James W. Grow. <br /> <br /> Since then title fights have been held in Idaho, Montana, California, and Washington.
