He kept flicking jabs at Barajas' head and followed up with a mixture of body shots, left hooks and right crosses. By the 3rd round, Barajas had a bloody mouth and his efforts to reach over Epps' long lefts were futile. They went head-to-head in round five and Epps was able to fend off most of the hooks thrown by Barajas. Epps finished with a flourish.
