	Former World Boxing Association lightweight champion Hilmer Kenty, complaining he was ''just drained,'' quit at the end of the second round of his scheduled 10-round bout Sunday against Roberto Elizondo at the Americana Great Gorge Hotel. After taking some hard body shots from Elizondo in the second round Kenty did not sit on his stool after the bell rang. Instead, he began walking around the ring. Kenty then told his handlers that he could not continue and referee Tony Perez halted the bout. In a post-fight interview on CBS, Kenty said ''I have no explanations. I felt weak.'' Dr. Herbert Cassidy of the New Jersey Athletic Commission said: ''He complained of a sudden loss of power. He become very weak and was unable to do anything after trying to get off the ropes (in the second round). He had the symptoms of a concussion -- a loss of power and strength and also irritability. He didn't complain of any specific areas of pain.'' Kenty, who needed the assistance of paramedics to walk to an ambulance, was taking to Warwick (N.J.) Hospital and will undergo a complete neurological evaluation with possible CAT scan if necessary and possibly a urinalysis.
