	What you’re probably referring to Baker was the District Golden Gloves champion of his designated region which encompassed Pittsburgh. As of now there is not a category for district Golden Gloves champions on BOXREC. Usually district champions from the Pittsburgh area represented Pittsburgh at the New York Golden Gloves Tournament of Champions. In Philly in the past the district Golden Gloves champions were awarded the Diamond Belt and usually represented Philadelphia at the New York Golden Gloves Tournament of Champions.
