			The minimum rating to enter the annual ratings is 1.200. Sanstol didn't get it in 1926.

			The assignment to a weight division is done by tracking the weight division assignment of the bout in chronological sequence. The weights are not evaluated. The last assignment is the year's end assignment for the annual ratings.

			The Sanstols last bout assigned to flyweight was on 1927-07-09. So his annuals rating for 1927 and following is in bantamweight.
